How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  Remember, all items ship FREE within the USA!
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I exchange my product?
  We value your business greatly, and while we do not process outright returns, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for the cost of the silk, provided you cover the additional shipping charges ($3.00 per yard within the USA; more if you live outside the USA) incurred when we send your replacement order to you. Please note you must send your silk back to us within 7 business days. Please note that any attempt to exchange silk after that time period will not be honored. If you wish to proceed, kindly mail the silk, including $3.00 for each yard that you are exchanging, to: Silk Baron 7625 Hayvenhurst Avenue Unit #6 Van Nuys, CA 91406 Please be sure to include all pertinent details, including your address, phone number, order number, and name of new silk you desire.

**Please note that we cannot exchange used, cut into, washed, or otherwise adulterated fabric.**

**Please also note that orders of fabric samples are final; no exchanges or returns will be honored for this kind of order.**
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return/exchange policy?

When will my order ship?
  We strive to ship all orders in a timely manner.  To that end, we try to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment.  However, sometimes the high volume of orders can make this goal difficult to achieve.  Therefore, we can only *guarantee* that we will ship orders within 7 days of receipt of payment.  Please note that these timeframes do not include transit time required by the USPS.

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
