Product was exactly as described, but the customer service is where they shined.

I ordered during the original Holidays run and they ran out right before my order went through. Instead of simply emailing me with the situation, they took the time to call me and discuss what I’d like to do.

I chose to wait for a restock and I’m glad I did.

I love the Nixie silk. I make needlework smalls (scissors cases, needle books and such) and the one inch design repeat is hard to find. The color is a definite plus. Perfect!!

It was a little lighter in weight than I was expecting, but nothing an underlining can’t fix. Otherwise, it’s beautiful, way better than the pictures!!
