Purple Majesty

An absolutely STUNNING color!
That shift between black and red-violet makes it a joy to see in motion. I've used it in a dress inspired by early 17th century French so that massive skirt creates a perfect venue for shape and motion. And the silk holds its shape really well! My pleats are stiff and perfectly on point just from sewing the waist, though I still tacked them further down just in case.
