An incredible luminous copper-and-brown alloy that absolutely glitters!!

With this stunning silk, we’ve chosen to honor the Czech artist, painter, and illustrator Alphonse Mucha! Unfamiliar with his work? Take a look at the accompanying reference photos and you’ll see why it makes perfect sense! Mucha lived in Paris during the Art Nouveau period and is best known for his distinctly stylized and decorative theatrical posters. His style was organic and ornate, graceful and dynamic, with curving, swooping lines and Byzantine borders, lettering, and frames. His iconic 'Mucha woman' had curves, flowing hair, pastel robes, and often a halo of light or flowers, which recalled the halos from religious iconography he was exposed to from a young age.
