PINOTAGE is a pinky garnet-red wine with inky purple undertones that give it a dark, velvety appearance in the glass. Its flavor combines ripe blackberry, black cherry, and plum with smoky notes of coffee, toasted earth, cocoa, and spice. Depending on the producer, Pinotage can taste either lush and jammy or dry and rustic, but it almost always carries a warm, slightly wild richness.

This solid merlot-colored batiste evokes the same depth and softness, while its sheer, weightless surface resembles wine-stained light drifting through a crystal glass at dusk.
