This luminous sunny yellow is named after the special type of butter that is used as cooking oil in India!  So how's it made?  Butter is melted until the separated water boils off.  The vessel holding the butter is then allowed to cool and the finest layer, ghee, rises to the top!  It is rich, creamy, flavorful, and pairs perfectly with any meal!
